Cassie Hillinger - Vanoudenhove

Cassie is Co-Owner of Keller Williams Success Realty of Barrington, IL. She was the Team Leader/ CEO from 2003-2012 where she grew the office from 25 to 160 agent with a keen focus on consulting and coaching agents to build their businesses by providing excellent training, tools, systems and a support team in order to enhance the client experience. During the worst recession in history, they were able to grow despite the fall out of the market. So working with Cassie brings courage in the face of adversity, a never-say-die winning attitude, servant hearted leadership, a team spirit that fosters harmony, a heart for diversity, Compassion for those in need, a multifaceted business skill set, a desire to learn and grow and a sincere yearning to serve and please the Lord. 

In 2013, Cassie chose to join forces with her husband and transfer the consulting, marketing systems and support skills solely to their growing client base. 

They have expanded their borders internationally, with a specialization in French / English speaking countries ( France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Etc) Cassie is a Certified International Property Specialist as well as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. They have a highly qualified team of experts that can help navigate the legal and tax ramifications of an International real estate transaction, as well as tools and a network to share your home on the Global stage. 

Cassie has served as a director on the Northshore Board of Realtors. She was also the Co-Owner/ Manager of the successful, well loved home town restaurant, The Cypress Inn of Northbrook. During that time, she served as Chairman of the NBK Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Village of NBK -Industrial, Commercial Development Committee,and was a member of the Northbrook Rotary Club. 

She graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida. She loves golf, tennis, skiing, sail boating, musical theater, playing the guitar, traveling the world and reading great leadership books. She is a member of Willow Creek and leads a BSF Group.

His creative eye, which captures just the right composition to magnify the beauty of the home, coupled with is post –production technical skills used to perfect the photos, are an ideal match for the discerning eye of the Luxury home buyer.

Bruno's previous 17 year experience in sales, marketing and real estate development for one of the top 3 Belgian Chocolate Companies, lays a great foundation for his ability to design websites and brochures, and market the property through many distribution channels.

In addition, Bruno has a great sense of how to buy, sell and prepare a home for sale as he has extensive experience in buying, remodeling, and selling investment properties, which not only takes a keen sense of market analytics, but a strong set of negotiating skills.
